Managing your account

Create an account with "Continue with Google", or by signing up with your name, email and a password. If you use the email route, you'll enter your company details (company name and approximate team size) and then confirm a verification code sent to your inbox. Every new workspace automatically gets a default team (named after your company), and the person who creates the account is assigned the Lead role. Team roles are Lead, Contributor and Viewer.

Ticket bundles, billing and usage

Trundle uses pay-as-you-go ticket bundles rather than fixed monthly plans. Your first five tickets are free, with no card details required. After that, buy the bundle that fits your workload whenever you need more tickets. Paid tickets do not expire, there are no per-seat charges, and optional auto renew is available for ongoing work.

  • First five tickets: free to use on real work, with no card details needed
  • Paid tickets: purchased in bundles and never expire
  • Bundle sizes: choose the amount that fits your workload; larger bundles reduce the price per ticket
  • Auto renew: optional and can be turned off before the next renewal
  • Team access: authorised workspace members share the same ticket balance at no additional per-seat cost
  • Large requirements: bundles above 500 tickets, invoicing and custom terms are arranged with the Trundle team

Your account shows the tickets available to your workspace. Buy another one-off bundle whenever you need a top-up, or use optional auto renew for ongoing work. Significant new scope may require another ticket, while feedback and fixes within the original scope stay in the same workflow.

Managing teams and permissions

Each team keeps its own backlog and sprint board. You can add or remove members and set their roles using granular permissions, for example Manage Team Members, Manage Team (settings), and Create Sprints, so actions like editing team settings or creating a sprint are restricted to the roles you choose.

Privacy and data security

Your Knowledge Base and project data are strictly scoped to your account (and, for project retrieval, to the specific project) and are never shared across other Trundle accounts. The Ask Trundle assistant respects these boundaries, only answering from the teams and projects you're authorised to see. When you connect Slack, a user with the Manage Integrations permission authorises it before Trundle can use conversation context.

Analytics and reporting

Trundle provides project-level and sprint-level analytics, such as velocity, contributor breakdowns, phase distribution, burndown and cycle time, available as an Analytics tab inside each project and each sprint. Access follows your team membership. (See the Analytics article for details.)
