Last updated: June 2026
1. Welcome
Welcome to Trundle. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trundle platform, website, and related services (“Services”), operated by Trundle Technologies Ltd (“Trundle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account or using Trundle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
2. About Trundle
Trundle is an AI-powered software development platform designed to help teams plan, build, and deliver software more efficiently. Features may include project management, knowledge management, AI-assisted development workflows, integrations with third-party platforms, and other collaboration tools.
Product Modification and Discontinuation: We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of the Services, or the product entirely, at any time, with or without notice. You agree that Trundle shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials secure.
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
All activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features of Trundle require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Pricing Adjustments: Trundle explicitly reserves the right to broadly change its pricing structure, subscription models, or tier features at any time. If a pricing change affects your active subscription, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice before changes take effect, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your subscription prior to renewal.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights, title, and interest of all content you upload to Trundle, including but not limited to:
Source code and repositories.
Knowledge Base content.
Tickets, comments, and meeting notes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to Trundle. You grant us only the rights necessary to host, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the Services to you.
6. Artificial Intelligence
Certain features use AI models provided by trusted third-party providers. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it. Trundle does not guarantee that AI outputs are free from errors. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
7. AI Training
Our Core Commitment: We do not use customer repositories, documents, tickets, conversations, or uploaded content to train AI models. Your content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the operational functionality you request.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Trundle supports integrations with third-party platforms including services such as GitHub, Slack, Google, and Stripe. By connecting these services, you authorise Trundle to access only the information required to provide the requested functionality. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Trundle to:
Break any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload malicious software, malware, or viruses.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
Attempt unauthorised access to other users, systems, or networks.
Infringe another person’s or entity’s intellectual property rights.
Upload content you do not have explicit permission to use.
Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt AI services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Availability & Maintenance
We aim to provide a highly reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. From time to time, we may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes which may temporarily affect platform access.
11. Security
We take rigorous technical and organisational measures to protect customer information. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.
12. Beta Features
Some features may be released as beta or experimental. These features may change significantly, contain bugs, or be withdrawn without notice. Any feedback you provide on beta features may be used by Trundle to improve the product.
13. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Trundle platform, software, algorithms, branding, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Trundle Technologies Ltd. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform itself.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Trundle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trundle during the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
15. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using Trundle at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create security risks, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. Where practical, we will provide notice before terminating an account.
16. Data Deletion
Customers may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Following a deletion request, we will remove customer data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe. Limited backup copies may remain for a short period before automatic, permanent overwriting.
17. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
17.1 Governing Framework: Both parties agree to comply with all applicable requirements of Data Protection Legislation, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
17.2 Legal Status: For the purposes of processing personal data belonging to account holders, administrators, and website visitors, Trundle acts as a Data Controller. For proprietary customer content uploaded into workspaces (such as code, PRDs, and transcripts containing team or user data), Trundle acts as a Data Processor operating strictly on the instructions of the customer (the Data Controller).
17.3 Lawful Basis for Processing: We process your personal data under clear lawful bases as defined by the GDPR, including:
Performance of a Contract: To deliver the core functionalities of the Trundle platform.

Legal Obligation: To satisfy accounting, tax, or regulatory compliance requirements.
17.4 Privacy Policy Integration: Our collection, processing, and storage of your data are comprehensively outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data is handled.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify users through the platform dashboard or via email. Continued use of Trundle after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
