Where to find analytics
Analytics live as an Analytics tab in two places:
- inside each Project, and
- inside each Sprint.
You drill in from a project or a sprint; there's no separate account-wide analytics section.
Project analytics
Open a project and choose Analytics. Its tabs include:
- Overview: headline project metrics.
- Velocity: how quickly tickets are completed over time.
- Sprints: comparison across the project's sprints.
- Contributors: ticket completions and cycle time broken down by team member.
- Phase Breakdown: how work is distributed across the four project phases.
Sprint analytics
Open a sprint and choose Analytics. Its tabs include:
- Overview: the status breakdown for the sprint.
- Burndown: remaining work over the sprint timeline.
- Cycle Time: how long tickets spend in progress, including a distribution histogram.
- Team: per-member ticket completions and cycle time.
Chart types you'll see
Burndown and trend line charts, bar charts (velocity, contributors, per-member throughput), a histogram for cycle-time distribution, and a pie chart for phase distribution. Charts reflect your live ticket data.
Who can see analytics
The Analytics tab isn't restricted by a special permission; anyone with access to the team that owns the project or sprint can view it. Access follows your team membership.
